Service Description

•    Includes Exclusive Day-of Coordination services     •    Up to three personal planning meetings with the bride and groom beginning 30 days prior (virtual meetings available)     •    Creation and management of a detailed wedding day timeline     •    Confirmation of vendor arrival times and logistics     •    On-site assistance with setup and supervision of vendors (Decor setup not included; full décor setup available for an additional fee)     •    Setup of wedding accessories including guest book, favors, signage, and other small items     •    Coordination of final vendor payments on the wedding day     •    Assistance with planning and execution of wedding day lunch for the bridal party
