Refund Policy

Swanner Planning Co. values transparency and fairness in all client relationships. Please review the following refund policy carefully before booking services.
All deposits and payments made to Swanner Planning Co. are non-refundable. A deposit is required to reserve the event date and remove it from availability. Once a date is secured, services, time, and resources are allocated exclusively to the Client(s).
If the Client(s) cancel services for any reason, all payments made will be forfeited. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in event plans, venue changes, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
If Swanner Planning Co. is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (excluding force majeure events outlined in the Terms & Conditions), any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered, partially rendered, or for unused hours on the event day.
In the event services are terminated early due to health, safety, or hostile working conditions as outlined in the Health & Safety policy, no refunds will be issued.
By booking services with Swanner Planning Co., Client(s) acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
